Go to the very right or left of any room.
Make sure your penguin has stopped moving.
Then open the newspaper and click WE NEED YOU!
Now Click question and then Send
Go back to the main page of the newspaper.
Now press tab (the button above Caps Lock) once.
Now type anything and then hit the enter button and boom! Your talking with the newspaper.
